The driving force of our Fish Bar is Vas, a classically trained and qualified chef passionate about delivering consistent quality & value for money food. We’re all about Grade A fresh produce expertly cooked in quality Frymax oil properly filtered for optimum taste.

Our priority, both front and back, of house is cleanliness. To ensure the highest standards all our staff complete the Advanced Health & Hygiene course. We constantly achieve the highest 5 star Hygiene rating and regularly review our procedures to maintain standards.
